Apothecary>19/99 Beauty Lash Tint Mascara | Black

A best selling, one-of-a kind, tubing mascara for lashes and brows with a super fine wand, that separates and coats each hair providing a clean, smudge-free application and wear.

This light-weight formula, smudge-proof and flake-proof, creates the appearance of freshly tinted lashes and brows, defining the eyes and framing the face.

LASH TINT MASCARA was born from the desire to create a mascara that was easy to use for everyone, and does not overwhelm the lashes. As we age, our lashes lose volume, and many mascara wands are too big for a clean, precise application. Regardless of the length of your lashes, shape or size of your eyes, 19/99 has developed this mascara to work for all.

DETAILS:

• BLACK is Very Black.
• Vegan and Cruelty Free

BENEFITS:

• VERSATILE: One-of-a kind, multi-purpose mascara for defining lashes and brows.
• SLIM WAND: Designed for fine to full lashes and brows, this super slim wand gives you the precision to coat every lash, from root to tip.
• SMUDGE & FLAKE PROOF: Won’t smudge or flake from day to night. It is water resistant, not water proof, which means when you are ready to take it off, it removes easily with warm water.

FORMULATION:

With a lengthening, light-weight formula, this Lash & Brow mascara defines the eyes. The super slim wand is designed to coat all hairs, and provides a clump-free application that glides on, while conditioning your lashes and brows with Jojoba and Avocado oils.

HOW TO USE:

Start with lashes and apply upwards from root of lash to tip. Use tip of brush to sweep across lower lashes. Comb brush through brows to add a tint of colour and hold shape.

Tip – Twist wand as you remove from tube. This will help avoid excess product being applied to lashes and brows. Avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube, as this will dry the formula.
